From there, we create an optimal real estate strategy to get there. This would include a customized real estate plan that is tailored to the clients' life situation, needs and goals. Through education, coaching and mentorship, we act as a guide throughout the journey from conception to execution and closing.

As investors ourselves, we help our clients find properties that fit their investment strategy identified during the Advisory phase - typically under-valued, under-utilized properties with high potential in strong growth areas in and outside of the GTA. Through our market analysis and research, we pre-screen and pre-analyze all properties through our systematic approach and due diligence to ensure that financials are met and lead the client through the investment property search process.

Our marketing team has invested numerous resources monthly to find the best off-market deals, and our expert negotiators make sure that we are able to get properties under contract. Properties can include foreclosure, bank owned foreclosures, investments properties for sale, handyman deals, fixer uppers, discount homes and distressed properties, and purchase them  benefiting the company and the seller. Once we secure a new property that fits our criteria, we notify our clients/investors who are in search of their next investment or a home to live in.
